Parcel dimensions and weight affect service and cost controls. If you request a kit, wait until it is delivered and follow the enclosed instructions. If you self-pack, use the ticket guidance and confirm the parcel is ready before requesting the label.
USPS kits and EasyPost labels serve different steps
A requested kit is an outbound shipment from Refine This! to the customer. The prepaid return label is the separate inbound shipment carrying the customer’s material to Refine This!. Keeping those steps separate prevents the wrong dimensions or service from being used.
Private guest access or a reusable account
Guest access is credential-free and private to one ticket. A customer account keeps multiple submissions, labels, and status updates in one dashboard. Both paths use the same operational safeguards.
