2. Prepare and ship
Choose self-pack or a tracked USPS kit, follow the instructions, and use the prepaid return label when ready.
3. Review through payout
Track receipt and processing, review the applicable offer, and follow the payment state.
Before shipping
The ticket confirms whether you are using suitable packaging or waiting for a USPS kit. This protects the shipment flow from buying a return label before the correct parcel dimensions and packaging are available.
After the parcel arrives
Staff records receipt and moves the ticket through the relevant processing stages. Status changes are documented so the customer can see what has happened without calling for every update.
Offer and payout
Where an offer decision applies, the customer can review it through the ticket. Payout records distinguish unpaid, processing, failed, paid, complete, and incomplete states so a generic “done” label does not hide the real status.
